Incubation Manager

The Incubation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the incubation program at IIIT Bangalore. The key responsibilities would include screening and selecting startups for the incubation program, providing mentorship and support to the incubatees, facilitating access to infrastructure, funding, and other resources, and organizing events and activities to promote the incubation program. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing an incubation or acceleration program, strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and networking skills, and a good understanding of the startup ecosystem.
