Job Description

• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from station)
• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
• Reporting to: Team Lead Growth & Partnerships
• Timings: 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM | Monday to Friday
• Saturdays: 1st & 3rd working; 2nd, 4th & 5th off
• Please Note: This is a full-time managerial position. This is not an internship role.

About The Role:

As the Virtual Internship Program Associate, youll lead the full lifecycle of IIDEs 3-month Virtual Internship Program. Youll manage interns from across India and international locations, ensuring a highly engaging, skill-enhancing, and seamless experience. This is a key role that blends program management, mentorship, training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

What Youll Do:

Program Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the Virtual Internship Programfrom onboarding through final evaluations
• Ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints
  
  

Mentorship & Engagement

• Guide interns throughout their journey, providing regular mentorship, feedback, and encouragement.
• Ensure learning outcomes and project milestones are consistently met.
  
  

Training & Development

• Plan and host virtual training sessions to keep interns informed, inspired, and connected.
• Work with internal teams to curate impactful content for intern development.
  
  

Feedback & Performance Tracking

• Collect intern feedback regularly to refine and improve the program.
• Monitor progress through assessments and mentor inputs, sharing detailed performance reports with leadership.
  
  

Admin & Coordination

• Handle logistics like scheduling, documentation, and program communications.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, expectations, and updates.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Team Lead and other departments to align the internship program with IIDEs growth goals and standards.

• Experience in managing virtual programs, internships, or learning initiatives
• Strong mentorship and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for talent development
• Excellent communicationboth verbal and writtenespecially in virtual formats
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms for project and communication management
