Nursing Manager

The Nursing Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and leadership of the nursing team, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management - Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and optimise patient outcomes - Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives - Identify and address training and development needs of the nursing staff - Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments and stakeholders
