Requisition ID: 49179 Job Description Role Overview: Purpose of the role is to handle overall travel coordination and assist the travelers with their travel needs. This includes booking flights, hotels, transfers and other travel arrangements as per the travelers' requirement. Key Responsibilities: • Booking of flights, hotels, transfers and other travel arrangements as per the travelers' requirement. • Assisting the travelers with their travel needs like changes, cancellations, reissues, rebooking etc. • Providing timely information to the travelers on their travel itinerary, airline updates, hotel details etc. • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth travel experience for the travelers. • Maintaining complete records of the travel bookings and other details. • Ensuring complete compliance with the company's travel policies. • Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Providing excellent customer service to the travelers. Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a travel management or a travel agency role. • Strong understanding of travel industry and travel-related software tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Good attention to detail and customer service orientation.
