Role and Responsibilities: - Payroll processing and management for IGT's global workforce - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in line with the statutory requirements - Payroll audits, reconciliation, and reporting - Handling payroll queries and requests from employees - Liaising with external stakeholders such as payroll processors, vendors, and regulatory authorities - Maintaining payroll records and documentation - Implementing payroll-related process improvements - Supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks
