Ignite provides innovative marketing and high-touch solutions to our clients. We are hiring a Programmatic and Paid Social Ads Strategist to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with leadership experience and 6+ years of Paid Social ads and Programmatic strategy and execution experience to take their skills and career to the next level. This role will be responsible for managing a team and managing client paid social advertising strategy.

Responsibilities
Paid Social and Programmatic ad account leading strategy and hands-on execution for 3 -4
Experience managing execution and strategy for clients with over $500K/mo ad spend budgets
Develop and Supporting end-to-end paid social and programmatic strategy to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (education industry)
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary to improve results.
Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies, and optimizing performance against critical metrics
Coordinate with PPC, analytics, SEO, social, and web development teams
Develop creative testing roadmaps and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
Help develop team members, mentor and educate on the latest social advancements
Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners
Required Qualifications
6+ years digital marketing experience (6+ years Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads focused)
Experience with the display ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations, and display ad buying delivery, and measurement platforms.
Facebook Blueprint Certified
Experience with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon)
Experience creating and presenting reports to stakeholders.
Understanding of FB Pixel and conversion tracking
Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and task execution skills
Intermediate Google Analytics skills
Intermediate Excel and reporting automation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field
