Lead Consultant – Clarity PPM Implementation

This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Clarity Architects / Lead Consultants to engage with some of the most high-profile organisations across the region in a variety of vertical markets. Lead Consultant / Clarity Architect has full responsibility for leading projects from the functional point of view, consulting and advising customers in terms of their requirements and designing of the final solution. The position requires a deep knowledge of Clarity product and the key customer segments (Finance, Telco, Services). The key measure of success is establishing Clarity as the mission critical tool deeply rooted in customers business processes, the customer satisfaction, high user adoption and continuous enhancements of the implemented solution. Primary duties will include; Project leadership Closely co-operate with the Project Manager and project teams and ensure the delivery of Clarity Coordination of supporting technical consultants Responsibilities Understand customer's/industry business requirements Leading analysis and design workshops Producing end to end high level design document Functional configuration Manage and co-ordinate teams Forge long term customer relationships Ensure high user adoption of the implemented solution Client Relationship Management Must be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders up to and including C-level to provide thought leadership of how Clarity can help customers achieve strategic objectives Must have excellent customer facing, communication and presentation skills
