Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IGCSE Psychology Tutor. The role involves creating and delivering engaging online tutoring sessions for students, preparing lesson plans aligned with the IGCSE curriculum, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. The tutor will assess and track students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Participation in occasional training sessions and collaboration with the academic team is expected.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and a deep understanding of the IGCSE curriculum
- Strong skills in Online Tutoring with effective use of virtual tools and platforms
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to foster engagement and understanding
- A background or degree in Education or Psychology is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to conduct structured and timely sessions
- Ability to inspire and motivate students while adapting to diverse learning needs
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching IGCSE students is a plus
