Strategy & Value Creation Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving value creation across portfolio companies. The Strategy & Value Creation Lead will define post-investment growth strategies, build execution playbooks, and coach Portfolio Company Level GMs and CEOs on operational and commercial scaling. The role combines deep strategic thinking with operational pragmatism – and requires someone capable of translating investment theses into real business outcomes. You'll work directly with the Family Office Leadership and have influence across assets in real estate, operating businesses, and high-growth ventures. Main responsibilities: Lead post-investment 100-day planning and portfolio transformation initiatives Develop, refine, and institutionalize commercial and operational playbooks Provide strategic and executional coaching to founders, general managers, and venture teams Collaborate closely with investment and venture-building teams to align on growth priorities and execution roadmaps Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust reporting frameworks to support long-term scalability
