Contract period- 10th March, 2026 to 31st May, 2026
Reporting To: Head of Operation – Leagues / COO, IFL
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, operational delivery, and execution of all competition related activities for IFL 2025–26.
- Coordinate scheduling, fixtures, matchday operations, and logistical arrangements.
- Liaise with participating clubs on competition requirements, venue readiness, team accreditation, and matchday protocols.
- Manage AIFF CMS and details.
- Ensure compliance with AIFF and IFL competition regulations.
- Address and resolve competition-related operational issues swiftly.
- Provide periodic reports on competition progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Essential Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in league competition operations, ideally within football or a major sporting event.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting capabilities.
