Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for an IELTS & Verbal Ability Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective lesson plans, teaching English language skills, preparing students for IELTS exams, and supporting learners in improving their verbal ability. Additional responsibilities include assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring teaching approaches to individual needs where necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and expertise in Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience in designing and implementing effective Lesson Planning
- Thorough understanding and teaching experience with IELTS test preparation
- Strong Teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications like TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA (advantageous)
- Prior experience in training students for competitive exams is a plus
