Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer (Freshers can apply) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong English communication skills and a passion for teaching and helping students achieve their desired IELTS band score.
Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS training sessions (Online / Offline)
- Teach basic to advanced concepts of IELTS modules:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation
- Conduct mock tests and practice sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare simple lesson plans and study materials
- Motivate and guide students towards their target band score
Requirements (For Freshers)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- IELTS Band Score 6.5+ (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong English proficiency are welcome
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence to interact with students
- Willingness to learn and grow as a trainer
