Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful lessons designed to improve students' English language proficiency and prepare them for the IELTS exam. Daily tasks include planning and organizing interactive lesson plans, evaluating students’ performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to cater to individual learner needs. The role also involves staying updated with the latest IELTS formats and ensuring a focus on all four language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and delivery
- Deep knowledge of IELTS test preparation and strategies
- Prior experience in Teaching English and assisting students in language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a conducive and motivating learning environment
- Relevant certifications like TESOL/TEFL or equivalent are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field preferred
