The IELTS Trainer will deliver high-quality, exam-focused English language instruction to learners preparing for the IELTS test in all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, designing lesson plans and practice materials, assessing learner performance through mock tests, and providing detailed feedback to help students improve scores. The trainer will stay updated on IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria, maintain student progress records, and collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance teaching methodologies and outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Future University in Bareilly, requiring regular classroom presence and engagement in academic activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong teaching skills, including English Teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and general Teaching experience.
- Candidates should possess specialized exam preparation skills, including IELTS training and familiarity with test formats and scoring criteria.
- Candidates should possess effective instructional design skills, including Lesson Planning and creation of practice materials and assessments.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or similar certification is an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, strong classroom management, and the ability to work with diverse learners and proficiency levels.
- Experience delivering exam preparation courses, preferably IELTS, and a track record of helping learners achieve target band scores.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to use digital tools for teaching and progress tracking.
