Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Trainer based in Ladwa and Kurukshetra. The IELTS Trainer will develop and deliver structured lesson plans to prepare students for the IELTS exam. Responsibilities include conducting practice tests, evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and honing students' English language skills. The role requires a focus on helping students improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities, while ensuring they understand IELTS testing standards and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching with experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Strong expertise in IELTS and exam-specific teaching strategies
- Ability to create and execute effective Lesson Planning
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for assessing and improving student performance
- Relevant certifications or training in teaching English or test preparation programs are an advantage
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals
