Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for ambitious, motivated, and well-experienced IELTS/OET Trainers. Trainers will be responsible for preparing and delivering lessons tailored to students' needs, ensuring they achieve their desired language proficiency. Key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting IELTS/OET coaching, monitoring and evaluating student progress, and providing support and feedback. Trainers will also maintain an engaging and encouraging classroom environment to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, including teaching English as a foreign language
• Expertise in IELTS and OET preparation and coaching
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum design for diverse learning levels
• Prior experience or training in Teaching English or related disciplines
• Clear and effective communication with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in English, Education, or relevant field preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different teaching environments
• Prior experience in a language training institute or preparing professionals is a plus
