Role Description The IDSA (Independent Direct Selling Associate) at Safe Shop Business is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the IDSA will promote the company’s products and services, build and maintain a customer base, and support new and existing clients in understanding product benefits and usage. The role includes identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations (both in-person and online), and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The IDSA will also support the onboarding and mentoring of new distributors, sharing best practices and guiding them on ethical and effective selling methods. Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining accurate records of sales activities, participating in regular training sessions, collaborating with the local team, and contributing feedback from the field to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in direct selling, field sales, or network marketing, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence in presenting products in person, over phone, and via digital platforms.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of smartphones, messaging apps, and online tools for communication, record-keeping, and training.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model, including local travel in and around Indore for meetings, client visits, and partner development.
- Prior experience in financial products, consumer products, or direct selling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; higher education in business, commerce, or related fields is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical selling practices and an interest in continuous learning and professional development.
