Data Scientist Manager

Idoven is looking for a Data Scientist Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists, overseeing the development and deployment of machine learning models, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our data infrastructure. Responsibilities include: - Manage a team of data scientists and oversee their work, providing guidance and mentorship - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on data science initiatives that drive business impact - Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems - Ensure the scalability, robustness and reliability of our data infrastructure - Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or data science manager - Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and statistical modeling - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing data science teams - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Experience with cloud infrastructure and data engineering tools (e.g. AWS, GCP, Spark, Airflow) - Background in the healthcare/medical domain is a plus
