As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative Master Data Management solutions on the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud platform. As a Senior Manager you will drive strategic initiatives, securing operational excellence while managing client interactions and mentoring a diverse team of architects and engineers. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-wide data governance and enhance data quality across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of Master Data Management solutions on the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud platform
- Drive strategic initiatives to maintain operational excellence in data governance
- Manage significant interactions with clients to align project goals
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of architects and engineers
- Enhance data quality across the organization through innovative practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data management challenges
- Implement recommended practices for data governance and quality assurance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 9 years of experience in data management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with cloud-based MDM implementations preferred
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies preferred
- Certification in Informatica MDM or related disciplines preferred
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for data privacy and security preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Proven leadership in managing complex enterprise environments
- Excelling in stakeholder management and program governance
- Driving adoption of cloud-native capabilities
