Here's what your day would look like: At Privy, your day starts by diving into real problems that matter. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to break down user needs, prioritize them ruthlessly based on business value, and drive product decisions with a strong sense of ownership. You'll actively participate in customer conversations — we conduct nearly 12–15 customer demos every week — and you'll play a key role in a few of these, listening carefully to feedback from CXOs and product leaders, and helping the team reprioritize intelligently based on real-world insights. You'll also take the lead in giving crisp product demos to clients, including CXO-level stakeholders, showcasing the thoughtfulness and impact of what you are building. Some days, you'll be deeply involved in shaping high-impact SaaS workflows; other days, you'll explore how AI techniques like LLMs and RAG can enhance existing modules of Privy — including designing better prompting strategies for AI pipelines embedded across different workflows. You'll write clear PRDs, groom Jira tickets with engineering, validate builds hands-on, and collaborate across design, tech, and business teams to ensure what we ship is truly impactful.
