About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our Conversational AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our conversational AI products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to build innovative solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our conversational AI products and platforms - Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle - Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and drive execution - Develop and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Continuously optimize the product experience based on user feedback and data-driven insights Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful conversational AI or chatbot products - Deep understanding of conversational AI technologies, including natural language processing, dialogue management, and text-to-speech - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience in agile software development methodologies - Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data analytics - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
