IAM Analyst — Identity & Access Management
Experience: 4–6 years in IAM, Directory services, or PAM roles | Location: Pune | Type: Full-time
About the Role
The IAM Analyst will govern identity and access across the portfolio companies. You will design and enforce joiner-mover-leaver processes, deploy MFA and SSO, manage privileged access, and conduct periodic access certifications to ensure least-privilege principles are consistently applied.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk) across portfolio
- Design and enforce joiner-mover-leaver (JML) workflows for all portfolio entities
- Conduct quarterly access certification reviews and remediate over privileged accounts
- Deploy and manage MFA across all business applications and cloud environments
- Implement and govern Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Define and enforce RBAC/ABAC models for cloud and on-premises environments
- Investigate access-related security incidents and perform forensic log analysis
- Produce IAM health metrics and reporting for executive leadership
- Support SSO implementation and federation for new SaaS tool onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
- 4+ years in IAM, directory services, or identity engineering roles
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, or equivalent IAM platform
- Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea)
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM protocols
- Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust access principles
- Experience with access audit and certification tooling
- Certifications preferred: Okta Certified Professional, SC-300, SAILPOINT Engineer
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for access anomaly detection
