Job Title: - Associate Engineer - IT (Identity & Access Management)

*Looking for an early joiner/immediate joiner with strong background in Security, IAM, provisioning/deprovisioning etc. Freshers having irrelevant background will not be considered.


Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Access Management Specialist to join our team and support secure and efficient user access operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user access provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring compliance with security policies, and maintaining seamless access management processes across systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in identity management tools, and the ability to manage access-related requests in a timely and accurate manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • User Access Provisioning & Deprovisioning: Process job orders to grant or revoke access in the IDM tool in accordance with company policies.
  • Role Assignment: Assign appropriate roles based on the user’s subprocess and department to ensure accurate system access.
  • Access Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of user access, including provisioning, administration, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Deactivation Requests: Ensure all user deactivation requests are completed within 24 hours to maintain security compliance.
  • ServiceNow Ticket Handling: Handle access-related ServiceNow tickets, including account creation, modification, extension, and deactivation requests.
  • Email Support: Provide support via email for access-related queries and requests, including NPI/Tax ID additions.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support: Assist users with MFA setup and troubleshooting for portals such as Availity and SSI.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with IDM tools and user access management
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting SLAs
  • Excellent written communication skills for email support and issue resolution
  • Experience supporting MFA tools and authentication processes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles
  • Knowledge of IT security policies related to access management
