Job Role: IAM Lead

Experience: Lead - 10+ yrs
Responsibilities & Must-Haves:
1] Minimum 10 yrs Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PBAC & ReBAC with a proven track record in successfully implementing PBAC/ReBAC solutions and data platform access control using PBAC on AWS, GCP & Azure
2] Experience in implementing PacLab Inc Styra DAS & Enterprise OPA
3] Experience in implementing Axiomatics ALFA
4] Experience in implementing OKTA/Auth0 Openfga or GCP Zanzibar-like
5] Experience in implementing AWS cedar in full AWS env
6] Experience in implementing Ping Authorize XACMLv3
7] Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy mindset, capable of working with business
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) frameworks especially IGA (RadiantLogic, FR IGA, ISVG, OKTA IGA, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIP
Experience with cloud-based IAM platforms/ IGA platforms and integration of security models across hybrid infrastructures.
Expertise in access control models and the evolution of enterprise security policies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector such as FAPI 2.0
Official Certifications of all SAAS Software mentioned above will be high priority
