Job Title: Creative Lead – Ideation & Concept Development (Events)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Head – Ideation who will own the end-to-end creative thinking and concept development for all client briefs. This role is responsible for translating client objectives into innovative, feasible, and impactful event concepts, ensuring originality while aligning with budgets, timelines, and brand guidelines.
The Creative Head will be the central idea driver, leading brainstorming, storytelling, and thematic development across corporate, experiential, and live event formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. Idea Generation & Conceptualization
- Lead ideation and brainstorming for all incoming client briefs.
- Develop strong event concepts, themes, narratives, and creative directions.
- Convert client objectives into unique experiences and engagement-led ideas.
- Create storyboards, concept decks, mood boards, and creative presentations.
2. Client Brief Understanding & Creative Strategy
- Deeply understand client brand, objectives, audience, and KPIs.
- Participate in client meetings, pitch discussions, and internal briefings.
- Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all concepts are client-aligned, scalable, and execution-friendly.
3. Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the creative team (designers, writers, visualizers).
- Assign creative tasks and guide the team toward cohesive outputs.
- Maintain creative consistency across all deliverables.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high-quality thinking.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure concepts are realistic and executable.
- Align creativity with budget, timelines, and technical feasibility.
- Support the sales team during new business pitches and presentations.
5. Trend & Innovation Ownership
- Stay updated with event trends, experiential formats, technology, and global best practices.
- Introduce fresh formats, interactive ideas, and storytelling techniques.
- Drive innovation while maintaining brand relevance.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, or creative agencies
- Proven experience in idea generation and pitch-led roles
- Experience handling corporate events, brand launches, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns
- Prior leadership or team-handling experience is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Mass Media, or related fields (must)
