Role Description
This full-time, on-site Ideation Marketing role is based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with teams to identify opportunities, and driving customer engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to sales efforts and ensure excellent customer service to create value for both the organization and its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or a related domain is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of the education or training industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software to track and enhance performance.
