<strong>A day in the life:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Morning Check-In</strong>: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.</li>
<li>
<strong>Client Communication</strong>: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.</li>
<li>
<strong>Midday Operations</strong>: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.</li>
<li>
<strong>Problem-Solving</strong>: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.</li>

<strong>Daily Wrap-Up</strong>: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<strong>Construction Experience</strong>: 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, ideally in siding and renovation. </li>
<li>
<strong>Leadership and Organizational Skills</strong>: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.</li>
<li>
<strong>Customer-Centric Approach</strong>: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.</li>
<li>
<strong>Tech-savvy</strong>: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.</li>
<li>
<strong>Problem-solving ability</strong>: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.</li>
<li>
<strong>Valid driver’s license</strong> and <strong>reliable transportation</strong> for client visits and on-site management.</li>
<li>
<strong>Must be able to relocate</strong> to Franchise Location (if not currently local).</li>
