Technical Project Manager - PMP Certified

The role involves coordinating efforts between development, support, and client-facing teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and are completed on time and within scope. Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills are essential for ensuring successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities ** * Oversee the end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. * Act as the primary liaison between clients, development teams, and support teams and translating client requirements into actionable plans and ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations. * Proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. * Allocate resources and manage team workflows to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor progress of tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project goals * Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and resolving challenges. * Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and timelines. * Ensure effective use of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. **Required Skills And Experience ** * 3+ years of project management experience or related fields. * Should have experience in managing US customers. * Should be PMP certified * Should be extremely tech-savvy with exceptional communication and coordination skills. * Strong understanding of software development and software applications. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Excellent leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and clients. * Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
