Job Description

We seek an accomplished QA Manager with a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in QA UI/UX testing, emphasizing strong proficiency in front-end testing techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in manual testing methodologies, alongside at least 7 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.

As a QA Manager, you will lead a team of QA engineers, drive quality initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products with a focus on UI/UX : and Team Management :

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring their growth and success.
• Effectively manage resources, workload distribution, and task prioritization within the QA Assurance Strategy and Planning :
• Develop and execute robust QA strategies, methodologies, and processes tailored to UI/UX testing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals, objectives, and KPIs for projects.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with a focus on front-end testing and user Testing Expertise :
• Utilize your in-depth understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks to conduct thorough UI/UX testing.
• Implement best practices for front-end testing, including usability testing, accessibility testing, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure UI/UX consistency and adherence to design and Automation Testing :
• Leverage your extensive experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies to ensure comprehensive test

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support efficient and effective testing processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to increase test coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall testing Assurance Execution and Reporting :
• Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring rigorous testing across UI/UX components, features, and functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze test results, defects, and issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed test reports, metrics, and dashboards to communicate quality status and trends to Improvement and Best Practices :
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, promoting best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA best practices, integrating them into the QA processes and workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in QA, with a focus on UI/UX testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Extensive expertise in front-end testing techniques, including usability testing, accessibility testing, and cross-browser

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
• Proficiency in QA tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, JMeter, JUnit, Eclipse, and preparation of

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in QA, Agile, or related fields (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, etc.)
• Experience in testing mobile applications and familiarity with mobile testing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
