Job Summary
We are looking for an
IDAM Operations Analyst – L1 to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations. The candidate will be responsible for user access provisioning, monitoring security alerts, handling first-level incidents, and ensuring compliance with access governance policies.
The ideal candidate should have exposure to
Azure AD, PAM tools, access management processes, and security operations support.
Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Operations - Perform day-to-day user provisioning and de-provisioning activities for Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes
- Manage privileged and non-privileged access requests across:
- Virtual Machines (VMs)
- User accounts
- Devices and enterprise applications
- Ensure all PIM/PAM scoped services remain updated and compliant
Monitoring & Security Operations - Monitor:
- Azure AD sign-in logs
- Authentication alerts
- ARCON PAM session activities
- Validate:
- Password rotation activities
- Session recordings and backups
- Video-log monitoring for security investigations
- Support SOC teams in identifying users based on incident timelines and access logs
Incident & Access Support - Handle L1 incidents related to:
- MFA issues
- Account lockouts
- Access failures
- Password reset requests
- Troubleshoot basic authentication and access-related issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per SOPs
Compliance & Reporting - Generate operational and audit reports including:
- Dormant user reports
- Disabled user reports
- Privileged access reports
- User entitlement reviews
- Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements
Documentation & Process Adherence
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and security guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, requests, and operational activities
- Participate in shift handovers and operational reviews
Required Skills - Basic understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Knowledge of:
- MFA concepts
- User lifecycle management
- Access governance processes
- Experience with ticketing tools and incident handling
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills - Exposure to PAM solutions such as:
- ARCON PAM
- CyberArk
- BeyondTrust
- Knowledge of:
- SOC operations
- Security monitoring
- Audit and compliance processes
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security or equivalent
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- SC-900 / AZ-900
- ITIL Foundation
- Basic Cyber Security certifications preferred
