Position Overview:

Work Location: Somerset, NJ
Work Schedule: This is an on-site role. Monday to Friday 4:00pm-12:00pm. Flexibility is required.
Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus yearly bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinates new hire and new leader orientations.
- Coordinates training and cross-training activities within facilities.
- Assist with hosting events designed to increase morale and company culture.
- Ensure facility leadership is fully trained and is up to date on all performance management activities (including but not limited to reviews, goal setting, development planning, etc.).
- Partners with corporate HR team to investigate and advise management in appropriate resolution of associate relations issues formally and informally.
- Writes and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
- Partners with Compensation team to conduct wage surveys within labor market or analyze wage and salary data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Prepares associate separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations when needed.
- Processes temporary labor requests to fill needs within facilities.
- Coordinate associate events with operations team.
- Assist with administrative functions for General Manager and other site operations leaders and Human Resources.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
