Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located at Bengaluru East for the positions of ICT Facilitator, Early Years Home Room Facilitator, and Humanities/Global Perspectives Facilitator. Each role involves designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the school's dynamic learning model, fostering critical thinking and collaborative skills in students, and incorporating life skills into the curriculum. Facilitators will create an interactive and supportive learning environment by utilizing the latest educational technology, managing classroom activities effectively, and contributing to students' holistic development. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in faculty meetings, and involvement in professional development activities will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-specific knowledge in ICT, Early Childhood Education, Humanities, or Global Perspectives.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment methods.
- Experience in integrating technology to enhance learning experiences and foster critical and creative thinking.
- Ability to promote and implement discussion-based learning and small group activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a post-graduate degree with Experience in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Education, Humanities, or a related area. A teaching certification or a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the education sector.
- Previous experience in an international school or working with global perspectives curricula is an added advantage.
