Primary title: ICSE School Principal About the Opportunity A leadership role in the K-12 education sector?specifically an ICSE-affiliated, non-residential day school serving North Bangalore. We seek a dynamic school leader to drive academic excellence, operational rigour, and a student-centred culture while ensuring full compliance with CISCE standards. Role & Responsibilities Lead the school?s academic vision and operational management?set strategic priorities, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with ICSE/CISCE requirements. Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment systems, examination administration, and continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff; design and deliver ongoing professional development to raise instructional quality. Ensure student welfare, discipline, inclusive practices, and robust child protection/safeguarding procedures across campus. Manage admissions, parent & community engagement, and act as the school?s representative in CISCE interactions and inspections. Administer day-to-day operations including budgeting, resource allocation, facility oversight, and effective use of school management systems (MIS). Proven track record of improving academic outcomes, staff development, and managing school operations in a similar setting. Strong knowledge of Indian school regulatory frameworks and child-safeguarding best practices.
