Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for ICSE & IGCSE Educators specializing in Social Studies, Geography, English, Math, and Science for Grades 1–10. Educators will be responsible for lesson planning, conducting engaging and effective classes, assessing student progress, and tailoring teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles. Additionally, educators will collaborate with colleagues, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in training programs to continuously enhance their teaching practice.
Qualifications
- Competence in Lesson Planning, curriculum development, and creating innovative, student-centered learning experiences
- Strong expertise in Education and Teaching with a thorough understanding of ICSE and IGCSE curriculum requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to Training and professional development to stay updated with modern teaching methodologies
- Passion for continuous learning and fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications such as B.Ed. or equivalent
- Previous experience working with ICSE or IGCSE students is preferred
- Proficiency in technology-aided teaching is a plus
