Clinical Data Coordinator II / Senior

As a Senior CDC you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. We are looking for Immediate Joiners in Chennai & Bangalore (Hybrid). Under minimum supervision of more experienced Data Management Personnel and in accordance with project specific timelines, to perform basic data management activities to ensure the generation of accurate, complete, and consistent clinical databases. To fulfill his/her job responsibilities in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICON Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Procedures, Study Specific Procedures (SSPs), International Committee on Harmonization (ICH) Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations. Support varying clinical data management needs by downloading (and/or importing) data within multiple systems Help to manage study set-up in ADDS (automated data download system) Maintain day-to-day contact with data managers to handle questions, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues Assist data manager with specifications for conformance checks, data transfer agreements, or systems used for downloading/importing data University or college degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant degree. Minimum 3 – 6 Years of experience in core DM activities Query management, Data cleaning activities , External data reconciliations, SAE reconciliations, Conduct activities & Close out activities. Strong EDC background, Veeva EDC preferred. Ability to work under pressure demonstrating agility through effective and innovative team leadership Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a global environment. Ability to influence and communicate across functions and to external stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written skills Location Chennai/ Bangalore – (Immediate joiners Only) Technical/Communications Skills: Through knowledge of end-to-end clinical trial data transfer process In-depth knowledge of data management systems and processes Excellent teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Work effectively with global team in a diverse environment
