<li>Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the learning experience.</li>
<li>Organize and lead workshops and special events to showcase student projects.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest trends in STEM education and technology.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline.</li>
<li>Experience teaching or tutoring in STEM subjects preferred.</li>

<li>Familiarity with educational technology and tools.</li>
