- Coordinate mitigation and stakeholder updates.

- Document RCAs and lessons learned.

- 2–5 years operations or support experience.
- Comfortable working in on-call or shift-based environments.
"Desirable Skills"
- Experience in product launch operations.
- Familiarity with subscription and pricing changes.
- Knowledge of regional launches and promotions.
