LAW/LEGAL Internship in Mumbai

As a Law/Legal intern at ICICI Foundation For Inclusive Growth, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of statutory compliances and legal procedures. Your role will involve working closely with our legal team to ensure all legal requirements are met and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in drafting legal documents and contracts.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing case summaries and assisting in case management.
• Providing support in preparing legal opinions and memoranda.
• Assisting in maintaining legal databases and files.
• Participating in meetings and discussions with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
