Upon completion of training, selected candidates will be placed in Relationship Manager (RM) roles across India, primarily focusing on sales and client engagement. The RM role involves interacting with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking solutions. The position will require frequent travel within and around the assigned location or city to meet customers and prospects. Final placements will be made based on business requirements, and candidates must be open to relocation anywhere across the country.
