About the role

As a senior manager/Team Lead In the Corporate Brand group, the candidate Is expected to lead a team of marketers to drive business growth through Innovative marketing Initiatives, tech enhancements and process Improvements. Key Responsibilities - Campaign Management: Day-to-day management and smooth operation of various campaigns across Google, Meta and other social media platforms - Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can drive digital marketing to new heights. Prowess in website launches, analytical tools, web applications & creative writing. - Project Management: Provide end-to-end project management, prepare budgets, detailed project plan and monitor progress. Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data. Adept at interpreting business solutions from reports and making presentations. - Stakeholder Management: Teamwork, clarity of thought process & stakeholder/vendor management skills Understand business requirements and challenges to strategize, develop and execute interventions to serve potential new customers, enhance relationships with existing customers. Key Qualification & Skills - Education Qualification: MBA with 5-10 experience in Digital Marketing - Functional Skills: IT competence with proficiency in MS Office: Excel and Power Point. Excellent Written and verbal articulation. Comfort at working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed: managing campaigns, writing briefs for agencies, understanding business requirements and analysing data. Experience on working with cross functional teams. Demonstrate in marketing, managing marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and show expertise in planning / strategy, measurement and execution - Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs. Experience in working with media partners to find most effective and efficient way of reaching customers - Behavioural Skills: Efficient time management and problem-solving ability. Capacity to work independently and effectively handle entrusted responsibilities. Show hustle, own and foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. Comfort with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment - Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.

The Corporate Brand Group (CBG) owns the corporate brand and looks after its salience. It is responsible for appointing and managing agencies, designing creative and communication strategies, defining the marketing and media plan and media buying. The CBG is also responsible for standards and norms with respect to the brand presentation and usage.
