Job Role Details:
1. Relationship Manager
✔️ Building and maintaining relationships with customers
✔️ Cross-selling financial products like loans, insurance, and investments
✔️ Meeting sales targets and providing financial advice
2. Phone Banking Officer
✔️ Handling inbound customer calls
✔️ Resolving queries related to banking services like credit cards, net banking, and account transactions
✔️ Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, B.Tech, etc.)
✅ Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
✅ Communication Skills: Good English & regional language communication
✅ Age Limit: 20 – 28 years
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
