Sales Center Administrative Assistant


Plantation Bay is one of Florida’s premier master‑planned communities, renowned for its breathtaking homes, exceptional lifestyle, and spectacular amenities. We are currently seeking a full‑time Sales Center Administrative Assistant to serve as a welcoming and professional presence in our sales center.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting our sales team and creating an outstanding first impression for prospective homebuyers. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and customer‑focused, with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and professionally manage a high‑quality phone presence
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional sales center environment
  • Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Support data entry, document preparation, and general clerical duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Prior administrative or customer‑facing experience preferred

Schedule

  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
