About the role

Join the Advanced Technical Services team at Icertis, where you will be responsible for resolving the most complex technical issues within the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) SaaS platform—recognized as a leader in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space. This team is the final line of defense for technical issues faced by customers and implementation partners, excelling in troubleshooting and critical issue resolution. Responsibilities Resolve Complex Technical Challenges: Address intricate issues within the ICI platform. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems impacting critical use cases. Rescue Customers: Support clients during high-impact production issues. Collaborate with R&D and Product Management: Work closely to maintain a seamless, highly customized platform. What We Are Looking For Hands-on Product Development: Experience in enterprise SaaS development. Customer-Facing Exposure: Prior experience working with or alongside customer-facing teams. Troubleshooting Expertise: Proven ability to identify and solve complex technical problems. Problem Solving & Log Analysis Skills: Strong debugging and analytical abilities. Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working solo or collaboratively. Cross-functional Collaboration: Familiarity with engaging R&D and Product Management teams.
