🍪 **Privacy Notice** **Senior Attorney, APAC Legal** Pune, Maharashtra Executive and Admin – Legal / Full-time / Hybrid + Identify, evaluate and advise on all legal aspects concerning our growing business in Asia. + Collaborate cross-functionally with the company’s sales, product, engineering, technical operations, human resources, marketing, and finance groups to identify legal concerns and balance business, financial and risk management objectives. + Draft and negotiate all types of commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, professional services agreements, vendor and partner agreements. + Provide guidance, oversight, project management, implementation and training in key areas, including compliance and IP protection. + Identify priority regulatory compliance projects and champion efforts to adhere to applicable requirements. + Contribute to ongoing process improvement and problem-solving work product of the legal group. **Experience and Qualifications** + Experienced India qualified lawyer with 7+ years of legal experience at a firm and in-house at a software company. + Experience working with commercial licensing arrangements, data transfer and privacy issues, as well as local HR and general compliance concerns. + Fluency in both English and Hindi. **Our Ideal Candidate** + Possesses outstanding people skills, including the ability to build and manage important relationships while working with a fast-paced and demanding client base. + Can manage a transaction-intensive environment appropriately prioritizing and weighting goals, speed and risk. + Responds effectively to surprises and challenges with poise and confidence while learning from the experience. + Is able to identify personal and organizational goals and objectives and runs through walls to achieve them.
