This position is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional experience through results-driven skin.  </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul> <li>Perform client consultations for skin and body treatments.</li> <li>Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments, tailored to individual client needs.  </li> <li>Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results. </li> <li>Utilize equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established Icebox protocols and safety guidelines. </li> <li>Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual. </li> <li>Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance. </li> <li>Collaborate with the Home Office Head Esthetician and Trainer to develop and R&D new products/protocols. </li> <li>Conduct post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications. </li> <li>Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service. </li> <li>Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment. </li> <li>Assist Wellness Coordinators on daily studio activity when not with clients.</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>State Licensed Esthetician </li> <li>1+ years experience as a practicing licensed esthetician</li> <li>Extremely detail-oriented</li> <li>Self-starter and passion for learning </li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and urgency </li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Ability to work well independently and in a team environment </li> <li>Be able to lift 50 lbs </li> <li>Evening and weekend availability, we are closed on all major holidays.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Company Overview</strong><br>Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is a fast-growing franchise company revolutionizing cold therapy.
