Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve high-level issues related to Sales, eRegistration, MOQ, No Charge Orders, and Sales Exception Maintenance Groups. Pricing Management: Handle pricing requests, including quote renewals, pricing adjustments, and spreadsheet pricing, ensuring clear communication of product costs and lead times. Order Management: Manage the entire order lifecycle, resolve urgent order issues, and expedite deliveries to ensure smooth fulfillment. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve high-priority issues and support cross-departmental communication. Required Experience: Extensive experience in customer service, ideally within a technical or electronics industry. Strong expertise in pricing, order management, and customer communication, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing data and generating reports. Experience with CRM systems and order management platforms is highly preferred. Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
