IBS Support Senior Specialist
Summary Of The Role
You’ll coordinate on‑site workplace support across India and the Subcontinent, ensuring effective service delivery through vendor oversight, regional collaboration, and operational guidance.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
- Vendor Management & Service Governance
- Oversee on‑site workplace support vendors across India and the Subcontinent.
- Ensure services meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular service reviews and support continuous improvement.
- Confirm appropriate staffing, coverage, and escalation readiness.
- On‑Site On‑Demand Coordination
- Guide the activation and coordination of On‑Site On‑Demand support based on business needs.
- Support timely mobilization of resources for new sites, expansions, or high‑priority requirements.
- Collaborate with regional partners to assess demand and manage operational costs.
- APAC Field Support Representation
- Represent India and the Subcontinent within the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) Field Support structure.
- Partner with global and regional teams to harmonize processes, tools, and delivery models.
- Provide regional insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Regional Collaboration & Escalation Support
- Contribute to cross‑regional coordination and provide coverage for other Field Support Leads when needed.
- Share good practices and support alignment with global operations.
- Assist with major incident handling and regional escalations.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and workplace technologies.
- Good experience in IT Field Services or On‑Site Support Management in regional or multi‑site environments.
- Effective vendor governance experience within outsourced service models.
- Experience coordinating distributed workplace or infrastructure support teams.
- Ability to work in a multinational, cross‑functional structure with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
