</div><div>Job Description:<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cardiovascular Health and be comfortable managing patients with a variety of cardiac conditions. This role involves direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of cardiovascular diseases in collaboration with our cardiologists.<br><br>

<strong><em>This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The candidate will be expected to work 4-5 days per week, seeing approximately 20-25 patients with compensation ranging from $120,000- $160,000 annually, based on your desired caseload.<br></em></strong><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including patient history and physical exams</li>
<li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions</li>
<li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and lab work</li>
<li>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists</li>
<li>Provide patient education on heart health, disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications</li>
<li>Monitor and manage patients with hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and other cardiac conditions</li>
<li>Perform follow-up visits and manage chronic disease care</li>
<li>Assist with hospital rounds and inpatient consultations as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Board Certification (Nurse Practitioner)</li>
<li>Valid state license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to interpret diagnostic tests.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in electronic health record (<strong>EHR</strong>) systems</li>
<li>Current <strong>ACLS</strong> Certificate</li>
<li>Current <strong>BLS </strong>Certificate</li>
