We are looking for Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineers with experience in Intelligent Building Management Systems (iBMS/BMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop technical submittals, design drawings, shop drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
- Design and support iBMS/BMS control systems for HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams during execution.
- Prepare project documentation using AutoCAD and other engineering software.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in iBMS/BMS or Building Automation Systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, mechanical systems, ELV, and automation.
- Experience in AutoCAD, technical submittals, SLDs, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of building control systems and engineering documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (with or without Diploma) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
