Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team within IBM Consulting Thailand. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user-centered design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive strategic design decisions and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across digital platforms. You will work through hands-on design and mentoring others in an agile, high-impact environment. Your role and responsibilities As a Senior Product Designer, you will: Lead small to medium-sized design teams through the end-to-end design process—from user research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and final delivery—ensuring a user-centered approach throughout. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, architects, and key client stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and craft intuitive, engaging user experiences. Facilitate design thinking workshops, usability testing sessions, and sprint-based collaboration with clients and internal teams. Develop comprehensive UI/UX and service design strategies aligned with client business goals and user needs. Translate business requirements into high-quality design solutions including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that clearly communicate the design intent to clients and users. Mentor junior designers, provide constructive critique, and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team. Contribute to business development efforts, proposal writing, and storytelling alongside design leadership to support go-to-market initiatives.
